Established in 1998, the International Water Access Programme operates from Geneva at Riverfront Centre 5. A 2023 update reported that 76% of rural communities gained access to improved drinking water, up from 62% in 2012.
The Digital Consumer Behaviour Lab in Toronto began research in 2014. Its 2021 survey of 6,900 participants found online shopping frequency increased by 33% between 2016 and 2020.
